1.- What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are downloaded and stored on the User's device (computer, smartphone or tablet) when they access certain websites or applications. Their purpose is to improve the browsing experience by allowing the Platform to remember preferences and settings, making interaction faster and more efficient.

Cookies do not contain sensitive information and do not directly identify the User. The information collected is anonymous and is used to improve Platform performance, analyse usage patterns and optimise the services offered.

The User can manage, block or delete cookies at any time through their browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect the correct functioning of the Platform.

2.- Why does MOVIN use cookies?

In accordance with article 22 of the Spanish Information Society Services and E-Commerce Act (LSSI-CE) and Recital (30) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), this Platform uses cookies and other storage and retrieval technologies to track Users' interactions with the services offered.

Cookies recognise the browser and device type from which the User accesses the Platform, making browsing easier and improving the experience. MOVIN uses cookies to: keep the session; collect information to improve navigation and the Platform; personalise content based on User preferences; and analyse performance and usage.

Types of cookies used

Necessary: strictly required to provide a service or content requested by the User. They cover technical aspects such as identifying logins and managing tool preferences for use, interaction and access to content. Examples: session_id (keeps the user signed in, 30 days, first-party); csrf_token (form security, session, first-party).

Functional: enrich the browsing experience, for example by remembering a language preference. Example: lang_pref (stores preferred language, 1 year, first-party).

Statistics/analytics: collect information on how the page is used, such as time on page and content visited, to measure performance and improve navigation. Example: _ga (identifies unique Users, 2 years, Google Analytics).

Advertising: obtain browsing information to manage advertising space and offer more relevant content based on interests. Example: ads_pref (shows ads by interest, 6 months, Google Ads).

3.- How to disable cookies

Cookies that are not strictly necessary for browsing this Platform can be configured or disabled in Cookie settings, available in the Platform footer. All browsers also let you adjust cookie settings for greater privacy control.

4.- Cookies on mobile devices

The MOVIN Platform also uses cookies or other storage technologies on mobile devices. Cookies that are not required for browsing can be disabled in Cookie settings in the Platform footer. Mobile browsers also let you change privacy options to disable or delete cookies. Follow the instructions from your mobile browser developer. 5.- Acceptance of cookies

This Platform does not install our cookies on Users' devices until they have accepted them. If you do not accept cookies or disable some of them in the settings, certain services may be unavailable or you may not be able to use the Platform fully.

6.- Profiling

Using cookies on the Platform may involve processing User data for analysis, personalisation or segmentation. Depending on the type of cookies used, MOVIN may or may not carry out profiling based on the information collected. MOVIN states that it will not profile Users under this cookie policy. Information collected through cookies is used only for technical, statistical or personalisation purposes, without generating individual behavioural profiles.

7.- Retention period

The retention period for data collected through cookies depends on their type and purpose. Session cookies are kept only while the User is browsing the Platform and are deleted when the session or browser is closed. Persistent cookies are kept for a defined period based on necessity and proportionality. For third-party cookies, the retention period is set in the provider's privacy policy.
